  • There are two live auctions each year
    • Judicial - Typically held in June
    • Upset - Typically held in September
  • Information is only available immediately before a sale date 
  • Check back here often for updates

NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS

If your property is eligible for tax sale, and you'd like to remove it, we encourage you to contact our office as soon as possible to discuss the options available to you.  Every case is different, so it's in your best interest to speak with a member of our team to be provided with the most accurate information. 


2024 Upset Tax Sale

Registration will open from August 1, 2024 to August 30, 2024

There is a multi-step registration process required in order to participate in one of our sales.  Please follow the steps below to ensure you are fully able to participate.

  1. Register with Bid4Assets, if you do not already have an active profile
  2. Complete the "Vesting"/"Funding" sections of Bid4Assets to be linked to the Berks County sale
  3. Complete the Affidavit (link above)
  4. Scan a color copy of your valid driver's license or other government-issued ID with photo
  5. Make a copy of your corporate documents, if registering/vesting as a business
  6. Email the Affidavit, color ID, and corporate documents to Tax Claim

Missed Appointment Policy: Due to the high demand for registration appointments, if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, cancellation will be required prior to the date & time. After (2) two missed appointments you will be prohibited from registering at this Tax Sale. Please plan accordingly. Thank you.
