The issuing County maintains marriage records, meaning-if you applied for your license in Berks county, we will be able to issue you a certified marriage certificate.
Per an Administrative Order (linked below) all professional/corporate Court appointed guardians will see a fee increase for incapacitated persons who are recipients of Medicaid.
Tax returns and payments may be mailed via US mail, FedEX or hand delivered to the office, as usual, or they may be placed in a drop box in the lobby of the Services Center.
