EDUCATIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
An intern with the Berks County Coroner’s Office supports a range of responsibilities related to death investigations, forensic pathology, and administrative operations. Internship applicants must be currently studying or pursuing a career in a forensic science discipline or a field directly related to death investigation. This internship is designed to provide practical experience that supports academic advancement and should aid the student in obtaining educational credits through their college or university program.

RIDE-ALONG OPPORTUNITIES
The Ride-Along Program is for individuals who have an interest in pursuing a career in forensic science or death investigation. This program provides participants with the opportunity to observe the daily responsibilities of a Deputy Coroner during a scheduled shift.
