Judgment Resolution Information

If you have been notified by your title company, bank, or lending institution that a judgment has been filed against you, please note:

Information for Title Companies, Banks, and Lending Institutions

If your client has been flagged with a Berks County Adult Probation & Parole Office judgment, we require certain information to confirm or deny their identity. Once identity is confirmed, we will provide a payoff amount.

Required Information

Please send the following to apo@berkspa.gov:

• Client’s Full Name

• Date of Birth and/or last 4 digits of SSN

• Civil Judgment Docket Number

• Our office will not search for additional civil judgments. It is the responsibility of your agency to provide docket numbers.

• We will only confirm judgments and provide payoff amounts for the docket numbers submitted.

• Our office is unable to assume responsibility for judgment information that was not available or submitted at the time of the request.

Communication Process

All correspondence regarding judgments must be submitted by email to apo@berkspa.gov. This ensures proper documentation for both your agency and our office.

After receiving your request, we will send one of two possible responses:
