Prospective proposers are invited to attend a non‑mandatory site visit on January 28, 2026 starting at 10:30 AM (local prevailing time) at Berks Heim Nursing and Rehabilitation, 1011 Berks Road, Leesport, PA 19533.  Attendance is strongly encouraged for all interested proposers.

Please note that the deadline for proposal submission has been extended to February 26, 2026 by 2:00 PM.
