Applying for an Absentee Ballot

Voters on active duty or residing outside of the country can register to vote and request an absentee ballot by submitting a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA).

Returning your Voted Absentee Ballot

Voted Military or Civilian Overseas Absentee ballots must be mailed back, along with the completed voter's declaration, submitted for delivery no later than 11:59 p.m. on the day before the election (November 2, 2026) and must be received by the Berks County Board of Elections no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
