Logic & Accuracy Testing

L&A testing of the precinct voting equipment for the 2026 General Primary will begin on Monday, April 13.
Logic and Accuracy (L&A) testing of the ballot-marking devices and precinct scanners for the General Primary to be held on May 19, 2026, will take place at the Berks County South Campus, 400 E. Wyomissing Avenue, Mohnton, beginning Monday, April 13, at 9 AM, and continuing thereafter until completed.
The L&A testing of the central scan high-speed tabulators will take place at 600 Penn Street, 3rd Floor, Reading, on Friday, May 8, at 10 AM.
The L&A testing of the electronic poll books will take place at the Berks County South Campus, beginning Monday, May 11, at 9 AM, and continuing thereafter until completed.
Any members of the media or public interested in observing L&A testing MUST contact the Election Services Office prior to their visit so the appropriate accommodations can be made. Please call 610-478-6490 or email elections@berkspa.gov.
