Unofficial Write-Ins

November 4, 2025 Municipal Election 

Petitions to cumulate write-in votes were reviewed by the Election Board during the election certification meeting on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025. Write-in winners are included in the "Grand Totals" official results report. 

Letters and Certificates of Election will be mailed to write-in winners.

Winners who wish to serve in their respected elected office must be sworn in and take an oath of office before beginning their term. Winners should check with their municipality or school district for further information. 

Any elected winners who do not wish to serve, must resign from the office in writing by noting the resignation on their Certificate of Election and returning it to the Office of Election Services in-person or by mail.

Individuals who won more than one position must choose which office they would like to hold and resign from the additional office or offices.
