DRUG TRAFFICKING ARREST

 

DEFENDANT:      Patrick Bogay Clark (28 years of age)
                             Reading, PA

CHARGES:      Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine (F)
                        Possession of a Controlled Substance (M)
                        Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (M)

DETAILS OF INCIDENT:

In January of 2025 the Berks County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force initiated a drug investigation in Reading City, Berks County, PA. As a result of the investigation, a search warrant was obtained for the body of the suspect Patrick Bogay Clark, at his residence of 935 Muhlenberg Street, Reading, PA.

The warrant was served on April 4, 2025, at approximately 9:15 AM. The following evidentiary items were seized:

•     One kilo of cocaine (street value of $100,000.00)
•     Two functional digital scales
•     Numerous new plastic packets (packaging material)
•     Records of drug sales
•     One cellular phone

A sealed search warrant was issued by a Common Pleas Judge. Patrick Bogay Clark was charged and is awaiting arraignment.

As in every criminal case, the fact that an arrest occurred or a complaint has been filed is merely an accusation, and the defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
