Defense counsel is responsible for having all the above documents sent to their clients, signed, and returned to the Court via a special email developed solely for this purpose - BodorARD@berkspa.gov. No other communication should be sent to this email address. Please direct any additional questions to Amy Pierce at APierce@berkspa.gov and Mallory Dunlap at MJDunlap@berkspa.gov in my chambers or Steve Lamp in Adult Probation at SLamp@berkspa.gov. When all the documents are collected, they should be returned to BodorARD@berkspa.gov. There should be ONE email with ALL documents for each defendant. Again, one email one defendant. If the documents are not received, your client cannot be placed on ARD.
Continuance requests should be sent to Amy Pierce at APierce@berkspa.gov, Mallory Dunlap at MJDunlap@berkspa.gov, and the Assistant District Attorney in charge of your client's case. DEFENDANT’S NAME AND DOCKET # MUST BE INCLUDED ON ALL CORRESPONDENCE.
PLEASE NOTE: NO OUT OF COURT CONTINUANCES WILL BE GRANTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED COURT DATE UNLESS IT IS A DIRE EMERGENCY.
