Jessica serves as the Quality Assurance Supervisor for Adult Probation, where she oversees Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) implementation, performance monitoring, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives. In this role, Jessica is responsible for ensuring departmental practices align with research-driven standards that promote accountability, rehabilitation, and positive outcomes for supervised individuals.
Jessica helps lead EBP training efforts across the department, equipping probation/parole officers and supervisors with the tools and skills necessary to effectively apply risk/need assessments, case planning strategies, motivational interviewing techniques, and cognitive-behavioral interventions. Jessica works with the administration team to ensure best practices are implemented consistently.
In addition to training oversight, Jessica assists in data collection and analysis efforts to track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform policy and practice decisions.
