Frank serves as an Assistant Chief Probation Officer, bringing extensive knowledge and leadership to the role. Frank is responsible for overseeing the Transfer Supervision and ICOTS unit, ensuring that individuals under probation are successfully managed across jurisdictional boundaries. Additionally, Frank plays a critical role in fleet management, ensuring the department’s vehicles are maintained and utilized to support daily operations.
A dedicated public safety professional, Frank works attentively to ensure smooth coordination between different agencies, promoting collaboration for the seamless supervision of offenders. Frank also plays a vital role in the management of the day-to-day supervision of many dedicated probation and parole officers whose deep commitment to public safety is integral to the successful reintegration of individuals on community supervision. Frank ensures that officers are providing appropriate delivery of services by responding to the needs of offenders based on their risk to reoffend, holding offenders accountable to Court Orders, and increasing their competencies using Evidence Based Practices.

- Ohio Risk Assessment (ORAS) lead instructor
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) lead instructor
