Scott is an agricultural professional with 39 years’ experience in the agricultural industry, including retail and finance. Scott was born and raised on an Oley Valley Berks County dairy and vegetable farm. Scott graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business Management. Scott’s work experience centered around banking within the agricultural community in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His banking responsibilities over his career included agriculture lending, credit analyses and credit approval, deposit management, and management of agricultural banking teams. Scott is most proud of his success at Susquehanna Bank where he started an agricultural team that grew from $0 to $250M during his 7-year tenure.
