2026 Real Estate Tax Bills

2026 Real Estate Tax Bills have been mailed with a March 1, 2026 bill date.
We are currently in the DISCOUNT PERIOD which is good through April 30, 2026.
If you did not receive your 2026 Real Estate Tax Bill, please contact your District Tax Collector to request a copy of the tax bill. 2026-Tax-Collector-List
If you did not receive your tax bill and believe it's due to a mailing address in need of correction, please contact the Berks County Assessment Office to request the mailing address change. Incorrect mailing addresses will affect all correspondences mailed out to you including, but not limited to, tax bills and reminder notices.
