Current Year Tax Certification Fee

Per County Resolution 422-2025, the fee for processing current year Tax Certifications for Berks County real estate taxes by the Treasurer's Office is increasing to $40.00 effective January 1, 2026.  This increase in certification fees impacts requests for current year taxes only.  The fee for Tax Claim certification requests remains unchanged.
